We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or description error, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide the option to reconfirm or cancel your order at no penalty.

All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Adiva reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and product availability. We ship via Shiprocket across India. Adiva is not liable for delays caused by external factors including courier disruptions, natural events, or public holidays. A tracking link will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all tags intact. Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after the returned item is received and inspected. Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Return Policy page for complete details.
