Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Customized or personalized products
- Products showing signs of wear, wash, or use
- Items without original tags or packaging
Replacement / Voucher Process
Once your return is verified, we will either send you a replacement product or issue a store voucher that you can use for your next purchase on Adiva.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. Here's what happens next:
Submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.
Return the product and our team will inspect it.
You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, we will send a replacement product or issue a store voucher.
The store voucher can be used during your next purchase on Adiva.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, contact us immediately at info@adivastyle.in with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or provide a store voucher that you can use on your next purchase.
Please note that Adiva does not provide monetary refunds. Approved returns are eligible only for product replacement or store voucher.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error — such as a wrong or defective item received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
