Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Adiva. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Products showing signs of wear or use
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
