Delivery Timelines
All orders are shipped via Shiprocket. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Once confirmed and payment is received, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Post dispatch, Shiprocket's partners typically deliver within 4–5 business days depending on your location.
Delivery time depends on:
- Your delivery pin code and city
- Product availability and stock status
- Public holidays or regional disruptions
Why might my delivery date differ from the estimate?
Holidays, local disruptions, or high-demand periods can add 1–2 extra days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is shipped so you can monitor it in real time.
Payment Methods
Currently, we only accept online payments — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) will be available soon!
Why is COD not available right now?
We are in the process of enabling Cash on Delivery across all pin codes. For now, all orders must be prepaid via our secure payment gateway. We will announce COD availability on our website and social channels.
Returns & Refunds
Once your return is received and verified, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our support team at info@adivastyle.in within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a pickup via Shiprocket's reverse logistics at no extra cost to you, wherever serviceable.
I received a delivery confirmation but didn't get my order.
Please report this within 7 days of the confirmation date. We will coordinate with Shiprocket to investigate and resolve it at the earliest.
Serviceability
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver Pan India through Shiprocket's extensive network. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability. Some remote areas may have extended delivery timelines.
Serviceability depends on:
- Your delivery pin code
- Legal restrictions on certain product categories
- Courier partner availability in your region
International Shipping
Currently, Adiva only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We accept payments via cards issued in India only.
